Free live, online training: Valuing Diversity through Literature

In this live, online training session, participants will be introduced to the NAEYC’s Advancing Equity framework, as well as Derman-Sparks’ anti-bias domains. Participants will learn how to spot harmful stereotypes in literature, and differentiate between books that value diversity and those that do not.

*This session is part 2 of the Breaking Down Barriers series, but you can still attend part 2, even if you have not taken part 1.

**Please note that this training is offered December 1, 2025, December 2, 2025, January 28, 2026, February 2nd, 2026, and February 4th, 2026. You only need to take it one time.
