Training Summary
Participants will use Bronfenbrenner’s bioecological model to examine the contextual influences that they have experienced and how those experiences play a role within their own communication with families in their programs. They will have the opportunity to explore communication strategies that promote equitable and inclusive communication and practice culturally responsive strategies that build partnerships with families of diverse backgrounds.
**NOTE: Training space is limited. This training directly builds upon the concepts in Parts 1 and 2 of the Breaking Down Barriers training series. In order to attend, participants MUST have completed Parts 1 and 2 before attending.
