Positive Guidance Strategies for Group Settings: English

Tue, Jul 31-, 6:30pm - 8:30pm PDT

Instructor: Jasmine V.

Description:
This training explores how knowledge of child development and an understanding of healthy relationships form the foundation for developmentally appropriate guidance and support strategies in early childhood settings. Participants will examine how children’s developmental stages impact their behavior and how to respond in ways that are supportive, respectful, and age-appropriate.

The session will provide practical tools and approaches to create nurturing group environments that promote emotional regulation, peer cooperation, and positive adult-child interactions. Attendees will leave with effective strategies they can apply in group care settings to support children’s social-emotional growth and manage behavior positively.
