Introduction to The Creative Curriculum® for Family Child Care

This hands-on 1-day session introduces providers to the components of The Creative Curriculum® for Family Child Care, a comprehensive, research-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum that addresses the specific needs of the family child care community. Participants will identify strategies to build warm, nurturing relationships with all learners and intentionally promote each child’s development and learning. During this session, participants will explore the three curricular volumes and the Daily Resources (Intentional Teaching Cards®, Mighty Minutes® for Family Child Care, Book Conversation Cards® for Highlights Hello®, Book Conversation Cards® for Highlights High Five Bilingüe®, and LearningGames®) to plan and implement meaningful routines and intentional experiences for all the children in their care.
