Summary:
Summary Description: Participants will strengthen their child guidance skills through a culturally responsive lens. They will practice the decision making model (observe, decide, take action, reflect), determine strategy alignment with NAEYC advancing equity and anti-bias framework, and role play sharing strategies with families.
Training space is limited, and priority will be given to current Licensed Family Child Care Providers. Registration will close either the day before the training or when the training reaches maximum capacity. Zoom links will be emailed the day before the training.
